He has innovated to present a stylish Sri Lankan food sampler, which is a feast for the senses. He'll help you put down the finest Chicken Buriyani and Lamprais (a Sri Lankan inspired Dutch Burger rice meal wrapped in banana leaf and steamed). The delicate Watallapam he makes is not to be missed.

Chef Upul as he is fondly called, started his career over a decade ago. He has honed his culinary skills at leading hotels across the world.

His passion extends to European fine dining and Indian cuisine.
